Charles Gosling, Director

Charlie began working in insurance in 1980, when he joined Aon as a specialist in aviation insurance. His career with Aon took him all over the Far East and Asia, where he represented the company for some 20 years. During this time he launched a specialist insurance scheme for airline flight crew.

Louise started in insurance in 1998 with a local broker providing bespoke, individual service to private and commercial clients, before moving to a specialist High Net Worth and Equine Liability broker in 2002.
